We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, all items are considered intimate wear (innerwear).
Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been opened, worn, or used.
Eligible for return or exchange:
• Items must be unused and unworn
• Items must be in original, unopened condition
• Items must be in original packaging
If the item does not fit, you may request an exchange, provided the item has not been opened or used.
Non-returnable items:
• Opened products
• Worn or used items
• Items without original packaging
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange after inspection of the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
